Roll-Off Software Index

Independent index of dumpster rental and roll-off hauler software. One product, one page.

Reservety

For: Independent US dumpster rental operators who still take orders by phone and need a booking site more than a full hauler dispatch system. Vendor copy talks to small and mid fleets (their comparison guide mentions 1–15 trucks). Not the first pick if you need landfill tickets, driver routing, and container GPS as the core product.

What it is

Cloud booking software for dumpster rental shops that want a customer-facing website: choose a size, pick a delivery date, pay online, and sign a digital rental agreement. A live inventory calendar blocks a box once it is booked. Reservety also sells the same rental stack to other industries (boats, equipment), so it is not a landfill-to-driver roll-off ERP. On their dumpster page they advertise a public starting price of $59/month, a $15/month hibernation plan, a 14-day trial with no card, and 0% booking commission; those figures are vendor list prices, not independently checked invoices.

Alternatives

  • DSQ Hauler (roll-off dispatch and inventory; founded-by-haulers positioning)
  • PJR Software (roll-off module; homepage is portable-restroom first)
  • Docket / Docket Waste Software
  • Dumpster Rental Systems (DRS)
  • ServiceCore (all-in-one waste; dumpster module sits next to porta-john/septic)
  • CurbWaste
  • Bin Boss
  • TrashLab

Pros

  • Official dumpster page: they build the booking site (Launch Kit / concierge, typically a few business days), block inventory in real time, and collect Stripe/Square/PayPal with digital weight and prohibited-item terms.
  • Public, month-to-month list price on that page ($59 start, cancel anytime, 0% commission on bookings) so a shop can compare dollars without a sales call.
  • Capterra snippets (third party) mention support and running inventory without custom code; vendor-hosted Capterra quotes on their own page talk about leaving whiteboard scheduling — treat those as marketing-hosted.
  • Public affiliate program exists and names review platforms as an audience. We do not attach a tracking link until Juan approves.

Cons

  • Same product is a generic rental/booking platform (affiliate FAQ: 20+ industries). The dumpster landing page still shows yacht/charter logos, which is weak dumpster-only proof.
  • GetApp frames it as a WordPress store/reservation tool, not a roll-off ERP with driver routes and tonnage.
  • Capterra cons include a weak mobile app, awkward add-on/product-in-order flow, and delivery fees that are a max-distance radius rather than per-zip.
  • Several 2026 hauler-software roundups (e.g. iCans) name Docket/DRS/Bin Boss and skip Reservety entirely, so it is easy to miss if you only read hauler blogs.
  • No useful Reddit operator threads found in this pass.
